Supplies to EU based customers (excluding the UK) can be zero rated for VAT if we are supplied with a valid local VAT (or equivalent) number, and we are able to obtain a suitable certificate of shipment.
Supplies to non EU based customers can be zero rated if we are able to obtain a suitable certificate of shipment.
Trade credit accounts can be opened on receipt of two satisfactory UK based references.
