Fantasy Phonics

This 72 page full-colour hard-back book contains everything you need to introduce your child to the Fantasy Phonics range. Firstly, read the Introductory Story, which brings the magical world of Fantasyland to life, and weaves all the characters into an exciting adventure. Secondly, look at the special verse and colour illustration for each initial letter sound. Your child can discover the story behind each letter and have fun searching for things in the picture that start with the correct sound.

Included with the book are two CD's that contain an audio version of the Introductory Story, a spoken rhyme and a song for each initial letter sound. Your child is encouraged to participate in articulating each phonic sound and finding examples of words that begin with the same sound.

32 page, soft back alphabet activity book.

This book contains 29 activities based on initial letter sounds. Each activity also introduces the lower case and capital form of the letter and reinforces correct letter formation.

Children can colour all the objects on a page that start with the correct letter sound. Then they can practise writing the letter in both its lower and upper case forms. The starting dots and direction arrows are provided to ensure that children are forming the letters correctly.
